PagerDuty is a digital operations management platform for incident response, on-call scheduling, and event-driven automation. With BonData, you can connect to your PagerDuty account to read and analyze incident, service, and on-call data within Agent workflows.

PagerDuty API Key Setup

Follow these steps to create an API key for BonData.

Step 1: Access API Settings

1. Log in to PagerDuty
2. Go to Integrations → Developer Tools → API Access Keys

Step 2: Create an API Key

1. Click Create New API Key
2. Enter a description (e.g., BonData Integration)
3. Choose the key type:
   • Read-only - for read access only
   • Full Access - for read and write access
4. Click Create Key

Step 3: Copy the API Key

Copy the key immediately - it starts with u+ and won’t be shown again.

Step 4: Enter Credentials

Enter your PagerDuty API key in BonData.
