Linear API Key Setup
Follow these steps to create an API key for BonData.
Step 1: Access API Settings
- Log in to Linear
- Click on your profile picture in the bottom-left corner
- Select Settings
- Go to API under My Account
Step 2: Create a Personal API Key
- Under Personal API keys, click Create key
- Enter a label (e.g.,
BonData Integration)
- Click Create
- Copy the key immediately - it starts with
lin_api_ and won’t be shown again
Step 3: Enter Credentials
Enter your Linear API key in BonData.
The API key has the same permissions as your user account. Only create keys for trusted applications.
